2022 Muncie Night Of Fire

We had a great time at the Muncie Might of Fire event. Three groups arrived on Friday evening just as a series of bracket racing began. They raced until about 10:30 while we settled in and had dinner.

The weather was great Saturday. A little warm perhaps, but we stayed cool in the shade watching more bracket racing as the large spectator crowd arrived throughout the day.

Three more club members arrived on Saturday. Two other super stock cars joined us for our three runs – a 1964 Plymouth Belvedere wagon and a 1968 Dodge Dart. We had a shakedown run around 6:30 followed by two additional show runs around 8:30 and 10:00. Most of our six cars made the passes successfully.
